Vicki Romaine I'm Vicki Romaine. I am formerly from Raleigh, NC and Chester, VA, but now reside in Hendersonville, TN which, is just outside Nashville. My husband and I have 3 grown girls and 6 grandchildren who live nearby. I have never had any art training, but just love to create cards and other things from paper. I am a Copic Certified Designer and was the 2009-2010 Design Team - Staff Writer for Technique Junkies Newsletter.
